Nous sommes à la tête d'une société SaaS B2B basée à Montréal, conçue pour aider les entreprises à contrôler en permanence leur cybersécurité et leur conformité, en utilisant les technologies de fabriques des données et d'IA.
Aperçu du poste:
En tant que chef de produit, vous serez en charge d'un produit tout au long de son cycle de vie. Il s'agit notamment de déterminer ce que veulent les clients, d'aider l'entreprise à construire le bon produit, puis de l'aider à le vendre. Vous apporterez votre vision du produit et votre leadership aux nombreuses autres personnes impliquées dans le développement, le soutien, le marketing et la vente du produit. Il s'agit notamment de s'assurer que le produit soutient la stratégie et les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Principales responsabilités
- Collaborer avec les concepteurs, les ingénieurs, le service clientèle, le marketing et d'autres parties prenantes interfonctionnelles pour construire, former et livrer des produits de haute qualité.
- Contribuer à la roadmap du produit, construire un backlog, définir et exécuter les exigences du produit.
- Prioriser les fonctionnalités en fonction des besoins des clients, des tendances du secteur et des objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Réaliser des études de marché et d'utilisateurs, collecter des témoignages d'utilisateurs et définir les exigences du produit.
- Adopter une approche axée sur le client en comprenant en profondeur les besoins et les souhaits de nos clients.
- Rester informé des derniers produits sur le marché et des contreparties au sein de celui-ci.
Exigences:
- Vous avez plus de 4 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits ou dans des rôles connexes, de préférence dans le secteur de la cybersécurité / de la conformité.
- Forte compréhension de la science des données et de l'analyse des données - un avantage.
- Familiarité avec l'IA et le LLM (gros avantage).
- Capacité exceptionnelle de réflexion stratégique et de résolution de problèmes.
- Forte compréhension technique et expérience de travail avec des équipes de développement sur des systèmes très complexes.
- Expérience UI/UX avec une compréhension approfondie des principes et méthodologies de conception centrée sur l'utilisateur.
- Esprit d'équipe, confiance, indépendance et enthousiasme.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de rédaction et de présentation en anglais. Le français est un atout.
- Maîtrise des méthodologies de développement agile et de la gestion complète du cycle de vie des produits.
**Product Manager**

We’re leading a B2B SaaS company based in Motreal, designed to help companies to continuously control their cybersecurity and compliance, utilizing data fabric and AI technologies.
Position Overview:
As a Product Manager you will be in charge of a product throughout its product lifecycle. That includes working out what customers want, helping the business to build the right product, and then supporting the business to sell it. You will provide the product vision and leadership for the many other roles involved in developing, supporting, marketing, and selling the product. That includes ensuring the product supports the company’s strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, customer success, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build, train, and ship high-quality products.
- Contribute to the product roadmap, build a backlog, define, and execute product requirements.
- Prioritize features based on customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives.
- Perform market research, user research, gather user stories, and define product requirements.
- Exercise customer obsession by deeply understanding the needs and wants of our customers.
- Stay updated about the latest products in the market and counterparts within.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferable from the Cybersecurity / Compliance industry.
- Strong understanding of data science and analysis - an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI and LLM (Big Advantage).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong technical understanding and experience working with development teams on high-complexity systems
- UI/UX experience with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- A team player with confidence, independence, and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and comprehensive product lifecycle management.
