Overview Production Manager Director – Fire Safety Solutions Manufacturer Responsibilities Lead manufacturing and assembly processes in a Lean production environment. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance output and quality. Plan production schedules and create clear work instructions. Identify and implement cost saving initiatives. Oversee new product introduction (NPI) with engineering, from design through assembly. Select and purchase production equipment. Address operational challenges with structured problem solving. Hire, train, and mentor production staff. Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards and all health and safety regulations. Profile University degree or college diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management. Significant experience in Lean manufacturing (Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus). Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fully bilingual (French/English). Lives within reasonable commuting distance of Pointe‑Claire. Working Conditions Day shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Competitive salary.
