**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop procurement and contracting documentation to ensure business objectives are met through a transparent, fair, and efficient procurement process.
- Assist in developing recommendations, detailing resource requirements, dependencies, interdependencies, and policy implications related to procurement and contracting methodology.
- Produce and present procurement deliverables to internal support teams, steering committees, and other stakeholders.
- Support multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, scope, timeline, resources, risks, benefits, and budgets.
- Document and report on project status against objectives and milestones, facilitating the tracking and closure of issues.
**Working Hours**:
- Standard hours: 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday.
**Requirements**:
**Mandatory**:
- **Communication Skills**: Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple projects.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Public Sector Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in public sector procurement processes, including a thorough understanding of trade agreements and competitive bid law.
**Preferred**:
- **Education**: Completion of SCMP or equivalent courses and associated certifications.
- **Technical Experience**: 3 years of experience with tender systems (E-bidding).
**Other Requirements**:
- **Background Check**: A standard background check is required prior to the commencement of services.
- **Training**: Completion of mandatory training courses including Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Security/Cybersecurity, Information Management, and Respect in the Workplace upon hiring.
- **Equipment Provided**: All necessary equipment will be provided for onsite work.
