**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
**Office Administrator - Fabrication Shop**
**Nisku, AB**
- Organize scheduling, equipment, and cleaning
- Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed
- Organize catering, coffee, or other refreshments as needed
- Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and updates
- Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support, including data entry
**Requirements**:
- Office Administration diploma or High school diploma plus previous experience
- Prior experience in an administrative role, assisting in onboarding an asset
- Ability to complete data entry efficiently, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, G-Suite and calendar organization
- Highly-organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
