**We are looking for a talented individual ** to join our team as a Support Specialist.

Reporting to the Associate Program Manager, the Support Specialist plays a vital role as the first point of contact for all Saskatchewan customers. Our team delivers an energy efficiency program designed to help households earning $70K or less reduce their energy bills through energy-saving product installations and personalized coaching with an Energy Coach. In this role, the Support Specialist will handle inbound calls to provide program information and address escalations, as well as conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments.

- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments.
- Support program deliverables per the program plan.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the database.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to process improvements in a team setting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing role
- Multitasking skills - comfortable switching between various programs at any given time
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Salesforce experience is an asset
- Post-secondary education (preferred)

**Target Compensation**

$17-$20 per hour

**Compensation Range**

$16.50 - $26.40

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
