We’re seeking a **Customer Support Specialist** to own our customer interactions and support our Account Managers with inquiries and ticket resolution. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and empathetic individual to thrive in a fast-paced startup and play a key role in our growth and product evolution.

**About the role**:
As our Customer Support Specialist, you’ll ensure our customers enjoy a smooth and stress-free journey with our platform, directly impacting the transportation landscape across North America. This hybrid role also offers exposure to different parts of the business, with clear paths for career and growth and advancement.

**Location**: Regina, SK (Hybrid, with remote friendly options)

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Become an expert on Offstreet’s product and market
- Deliver top-tier support to customers, turning inquiries into solutions
- Escalate urgent issues to the right team members efficiently
- Onboard new users to our platform and set them up for success
- Collaborate with the product team by sharing customer insights for product improvements and handling internal requests

**What you bring**:

- A passion for technology and a strong desire to grow within the tech industry
- Empathy and curiosity to understand and solve customer challenges
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Quick thinking, problem-solving, and resourcefulness
- A collaborative spirit that thrives in fast-paced environments

**What's even better (not required)**:

- Previous experience in customer support or related roles
- Familiarity with tech, particularly B2B SaaS
- Knowledge of the parking industry
