We’re seeking a **Customer Support Specialist** to own our customer interactions and support our Account Managers with inquiries and ticket resolution. **About the role**:
As our Customer Support Specialist, you’ll ensure our customers enjoy a smooth and stress-free journey with our platform, directly impacting the transportation landscape across North America. This hybrid role also offers exposure to different parts of the business, with clear paths for career and growth and advancement.

**Location**: Regina, SK (Hybrid, with remote friendly options)

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Become an expert on Offstreet’s product and market
- Deliver top-tier support to customers, turning inquiries into solutions
- Escalate urgent issues to the right team members efficiently
- Onboard new users to our platform and set them up for success
- Collaborate with the product team by sharing customer insights for product improvements and handling internal requests

**What you bring**:
