**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to our Policyholders
- Print, sort, distribute and mail processed policy materials and other correspondence
- Assist with upkeep of meeting rooms, kitchens and laundry
- Provide additional reception coverage as needed
- Work alongside our committees with assists with various event planning and coordination

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous office or mailroom experience would be considered an asset
- Flexible and ready to take on a variety of tasks
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- This position requires a valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation
