**Days**:Thu to Sat and every other Wednesday working**

**Timing**:Night shift 8 pm to 8 am** (12 hrs)**

**What you'll do**:

- Obtain update from prior shift (including DP times, load types, non-retail load update, other critical information)
- Review operational +/-, identify labour required by load time availability
- Sort time sheets by driver Hours of Service (HOS) availability (fresh or return)
- Organize retail loads, non-retail loads and consolidate
- Select drivers based on operational needs and assign suitable route
- Assign drivers via driver app (see Driver App process for details)
- Provide update to following shift upon their arrival (including DP times, load types, non-retail load update, other critical information)
- Answer incoming calls as needed
- Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

**What you'll need**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various individuals, from upper management to drivers
- Teammate, who is willing to assist others when needed
- Above average decision making skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior experience in a transportation environment is preferred
