**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily route operations, ensuring timely and accurate collections.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate delivery personnel to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor route efficiency and implement improvements as necessary.
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. DZ license a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week

Additional pay:
