**Job Overview**

This role involves managing scheduling, organizational systems, client communication, billing, documentation, and overall clinic coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As the Clinic Administrator at Speech Meta Vancouver Therapy Services Inc., you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment that allows our clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations at Speech Meta Vancouver Therapy Services Inc., including scheduling, room bookings, and client inquiries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for families, providing warm, professional, and supportive communication that reflects Speech Meta Vancouver Therapy Services Inc.’s values.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality within our electronic documentation system (Jane EMR).
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment tracking, including funding-related documentation (e.g., Autism Funding, private insurance, etc.).
- Support the onboarding of new clients and team members, including organizing intake forms and clinic orientation materials.
- Monitor clinic supplies and resources to ensure materials are well-stocked and organized.
- Assist with communication between clinicians, families, and community partners as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive clinic culture that reflects Speech Meta Vancouver Therapy Services Inc.’s commitment to teamwork, excellence, and family-centered care.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a healthcare, therapy, or pediatric setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with scheduling and electronic record systems (e.g., Jane, Owl, or similar platforms).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- A warm, compassionate, and professional demeanor with a genuine interest in supporting children and families.
