Arbutus Speech Therapy has an open position for 1-2 Speech-Language Pathologists. The role starts as part-time as you begin with the potential to expand into full-time, offering the flexibility and financial incentives of private practice. Whether you’re looking to **supplement a full-time role**, transition from **public health,** or build a **diverse caseload from the ground up**, we’d love to hear from you
**About Us**
We are a boutique private practice providing home-based and virtual speech-language services. Unlike clinic-based models, we operate **in the community**, meeting clients where they’re most comfortable—**homes, private and independent schools, and online**. Our clients range across all age groups, with common areas of practice including:
♦ Articulation & Phonological Processes
♦ Early Identification & Intervention (0-5 years old)
♦ Autistic Clients (pre-diagnosis, preschool & school-aged treatment)
♦ Expressive & Receptive Language
At Arbutus Speech Therapy, we handle intake, initial scheduling, payment processing, and funding management, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients thrive. We use the Jane App for scheduling and documentation, so your admin duties are streamlined.
**About You**
You’re an independent, passionate SLP looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the **opportunity to build your ideal caseload**. Whether you’re an experienced clinician, a recent graduate eager to grow, or a public health SLP considering a shift, private practice with Arbutus Speech offers:

⭐ **Create your own schedule**
⭐ **Competitive compensation with opportunities for extra earnings**
⭐ **Supportive, kind, hardworking, and responsive management**
