**Sync needs you**

As the Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for the accuracy of the billing and payment process. The Billing Specialist will respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve billing issues. This position entails full-time hours with rotational weekend shifts.

**Your to-do list**:

- Handling inbound customer billing inquiries.
- Conducting daily analysis of billing details to ensure accuracy.
- Daily processing of account renewals.
- Create and maintain billing related reports.
- Perform billing projects and tasks as required.

**Who you are**:

- 2 years billing experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent time-management skills and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with financial software and tools.
- Post-secondary degree Business, or equivalent.
