In this role, the Accounts Receivable / Accounting Administrator will be responsible for items such as:
**Accounts Receivable - Multi-Company Environment**:

- Ensure AR aging does not exceed 60 Days
- Following up on Past Due accounts
- Facilitating credit checks for New Customers
- Set up new customer charge accounts in CDK
- Running and sending Month End AR Statements

**Administrative Duties**
- Daily Cash Reconciliation
- Create and Post Daily Bank Deposits
- Post various electronic payments
- Bank Reconciliations
- Other additional duties as assigned
- Experience in an Automotive Dealership environment.
- A background in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant major or program concentration.
- Having experience with ADP or CDK is an asset.
