An Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for managing the financial transactions related to the company's receivables, ensuring that payments are collected from customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves maintaining accurate records of invoices, tracking outstanding payments, and following up with customers to resolve any payment issues.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Invoice Management**:

- Prepare and send invoices to customers based on the terms and agreements.
- Ensure accuracy of all billing details, including amounts, terms, and customer information.

2. **Payment Processing**:

- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and update customer records.

3. **Collections**:

- Work with customers to resolve payment disputes or discrepancies.
- Negotiate payment plans and assist in resolving billing issues.

4. **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare aging reports to track outstanding balances.
- Assist with month-end close processes and provide relevant reports to management.
- Monitor and report on the financial status of receivables.

5. **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Ensure accurate data entry into accounting software or systems.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of payments and invoices.

6. **Compliance and Internal Controls**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (required)
