The role would be well suited to an individual who has a deep sales skillset including guiding the team to quota, pipeline management, objection handling to achieve revenue quotas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and ensure achievement of agreed sales targets for Canada
- Identify areas of opportunity for increased efficiency and greater sales results including leveraging their network to generate sales opportunity and revenue
- Drive significant aspects of the sales process with your sales teams including lead management, qualification, evaluation, closing
- Sets direction and standards relative to performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development
- Partner with top managers, Operations, Enablement and Finance in creating action plans for teams and ensuring growth objectives are met
- Leverage technology and enablement tools to maximize function effectiveness
- Work collaboratively with regional and global offices to ensure tactical processes and strategic results
- Leads by example in proactively supporting initiatives aimed at improving Client satisfaction

- Manages costs and expenses as appropriate
- Acts as a team player to support the Company objectives and Client strategy
- Perform any other duties as required
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- 3+ years of Sales management or leadership experience in building and managing professional inside sales teams in a high performing, rapidly growing environment
- 10+ years of proven track record of success within a similar enterprise environment (preferably SaaS or B2B) in direct sales roles consistently achieving targets and goals
- Deep sales skillset including guiding the team to quota, pipeline management, objection handling to achieve revenue quotas
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies, familiar with MEDDIC, deal positioning and closing
- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills, including the ability to gather and analyse data sets and to interpret them to make business decisions
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to quickly create long term relationships
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the marketplace and the needs of a fast-paced growing organisation
