The National Account Director is responsible for developing, enabling, and expanding Climb Channel Solutions’ most strategic reseller partnerships across Canada. This role is focused on driving market share growth across key vendor lines by working closely with reseller executive leadership, sales teams, and procurement organizations.The National Account Director serves as a strategic partner to national reseller accounts, being highly visible within their corporate offices, building strong day-to-day relationships with their sales and leadership teams, and aligning Climb’s vendor portfolio to their go-to-market strategy. Success in this role is measured by increased vendor adoption, revenue growth, profitability, and long-term partner engagement.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow relationships with Climb’s top national reseller partners in Canada, serving as the primary point of strategic engagement.Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with reseller executive leadership, sales management, sales representatives, and procurement teams.Be present within partner corporate locations to build relationships, support sales teams, and drive alignment on shared objectives.Work cross-functionally with internal sales, vendor management, marketing, and operations teams to increase market share across strategic vendor lines.Enable and educate reseller sales teams on Climb’s vendor portfolio through training, joint sales calls, business reviews, and ongoing engagement.Collaborate with reseller procurement teams to expand the number of vendor lines sourced through Climb Channel Solutions.Lead joint business planning with national reseller partners, defining mutual growth objectives, revenue targets, and key milestones.Proactively assess partner needs and identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve execution, and deepen vendor penetration.Drive adoption of focus and strategic vendor lines within assigned national accounts.Coordinate the involvement of Climb resources, including sales support, vendor teams, and leadership, to ensure partner success and satisfaction.Manage and mitigate channel conflict by maintaining clear communication and adhering to channel rules of engagement.Ensure partner compliance with distribution and partner agreements.Accurately document all sales activity, partner engagement, and opportunity progress.Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales, profitability, and strategic growth targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
