**Job Overview**:We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Site Supervisor**to oversee the daily operations of our residential program. The Site Supervisor will act as the on-site leader, ensuring the smooth running of all activities, adherence to policies, and a safe, structured environment for both staff and residents. This role is essential in bridging day-to-day operations with the broader goals of the program while collaborating closely with the Program and Service Manager to align on priorities and ensure consistent service quality.

Shift: Afternoon Shift, 3pm - 11pm with the inclusion of some alternating weekend shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Staff Supervision and Support**
- Act as the primary on-site supervisor, providing direct support and guidance to all staff.
- Ensure all team members adhere to policies and procedures at all times.
- Conduct house tours and orient new staff to the program, including overseeing policy sign-offs, reviewing client binders, and updating organizational calendars.
- Facilitate problem-solving among staff, addressing operational challenges as they arise.
- Mediate and manage staff conflicts in a professional manner, ensuring resolution aligns with organizational values and promotes a positive work environment.

**Program Management**
- Work closely with the Program and Service Manager to align daily operations with the program’s goals and priorities.
- Oversee and maintain a structured daily schedule that includes meals, school attendance, recreational activities, and scheduled appointments.
- Ensure the calendar is up-to-date and readily accessible to all staff for seamless program coordination.

**Administrative Duties**
- Plan, post, and monitor the weekly menu to ensure adherence by staff and residents.
- Prepare and submit weekly grocery lists in alignment with the planned menu.
- Collect and organize submitted program receipts for the Program and Service Manager.

**Facility Oversight**
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the home remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Oversee safety protocols, including fire drills, emergency procedure implementation, and maintaining security measures.
- Ensure the staff office is organized and kept in good order, setting a standard for professionalism.

**Collaboration with Leadership**
- Partner with the Program and Service Manager to identify and address any operational challenges.
- Provide regular updates on staff performance, facility needs, and resident concerns.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and strategies as directed by the Program and Service Manager.

**Other Duties as Assigned**
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed by upper management to support the home’s operations and mission.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within residential or care programs.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Commitment to fostering a safe, structured, and supportive environment for staff and residents.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, emergency procedures, and facility management is a plus.
