**Responsibilities**:

- Organization of Collection Accounts
- Design various collection options to negotiate collections
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Monitor all outstanding balances for reconciliation
- Verify authorized deductions
- Maintain a systematic follow-up
- Respond to internal inquires on a timely manner
- Handle all incoming customer inquires
- Update customer account database
- Review and release orders on hold based on Credit review
- Conduct credit checks and adjust credit limits
- Generate weekly and monthly AR Reports according to Account Receivable policies.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of relevant experience (AR or General Accounting)
- Post-Secondary Education
- Excellent English required
- verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills, conflict de-escalation and phone etiquette
- Excellent Analytical, communication and organization skills
- Proven experience preparing working papers and financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel & Word)
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting timelines
- Attention to detail and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving attitude
- Collaborative and detail oriented
- Confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
