We are looking for experienced Accounts Receivables Clerk to join our team at our **Volvo Cars Unionville** dealership.

**Job Purpose**

The Accounts Receivable Clerk performs accounting-related tasks utilizing knowledge of the entire accounting cycle. This position performs accounts receivable tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare bank deposits and complete the cash control worksheet, on a daily basis.
- Monitor cash and Credit card clearing accounts.
- Maintain regular supplier files and assign new vendor accounts.
- Perform Accounts Receivable duties.
- Prepare daily bank report.
- Maintain New and Pre-Owned garage register.
- Maintain Dealer Plate register.
- Perform other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of two years of related industry experience.
- Background in the automotive or related industry is an asset.
- College Diploma or University Degree.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with CDK and/or Reynolds systems; ability to operate PC-based software, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
