**About the Role**
As a Door to Door representative at Sparks, you’ll play a key role in connecting consumers with a top-tier brand. Your mission is to engage customers, deliver key messages, and create unforgettable experiences—all while driving leads for the sales team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in target neighborhoods.
- Engage homeowners in knowledgeable conversations and book appointments on the spot.
- Report project results promptly through our tracking system.
- Share success stories, key insights, and feedback with Head Office.
- Create a memorable consumer experience that boosts sales, brand loyalty, and awareness.
- Educate potential customers.
- Accurately track interactions and leads using the provided tools or forms.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training refreshers.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in sales/lead generation, 1-2 years in similar roles is preferred
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- **Personality**: Outgoing, persuasive, confident, a natural relationship-builder, and self-motivated
- **Physical Ability**: comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- **Logistics**: Reliable transportation and willingness to work in various neighborhood settings
- **Work Ethic**: Motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to business integrity

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (driver's abstract required).
- Due to insurance stipulations, the applicant must be a minimum of 25 Years old.
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions.
