What You’ll Be Doing
- **Direct Sales in Local Neighborhoods**: Visit residential areas and introduce homeowners to Gutter Guys Plus’ range of gutter solutions. Present our services clearly and confidently.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify interested homeowners, generate leads, and schedule follow-up consultations with our installation teams.
- **Customer Engagement**: Answer questions, provide solutions, and build trust with potential clients. You'll be the first point of contact and a key representative of our brand.
- **Closing Sales**: Use your communication and persuasion skills to close deals and help homeowners take the next step in protecting their property.

What We’re Looking For
- **Sales or Customer Service Experience Preferred**: While experience in door-to-door sales is a plus, we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: You should be confident in speaking with people from all walks of life, explaining services clearly, and addressing objections professionally.
- **Self-Motivated and Resilient**: The ability to stay motivated, manage your time effectively, and push through challenges is essential in this role.
- **Dependable Transportation**: You must have reliable transportation to travel within your assigned territory.
