What You’ll Be Doing:

- **Door-to-Door Sales**: Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce potential customers to Gutter Guys Plus' range of gutter services. Present and explain the benefits of our products and services.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify and engage with qualified leads, set up appointments for follow-up consultations, and close sales directly when possible.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver effective sales presentations, address customer questions or concerns, and close deals with confidence.

What We’re Looking For:

- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus. We’re also open to individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude, even if you don’t have prior sales experience.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable engaging with homeowners, explaining services, and overcoming objections.
- **Self-Motivated & Resilient**: The ability to work independently and stay motivated in a door-to-door sales environment. You should be able to handle rejection with a positive attitude and keep pushing toward your goals.
- **Reliable Transportation**: You must have reliable transportation to travel within your assigned territory.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
