**Role Overview**:

- Lead day-to-day store operations
- Inspire and motivate team members
- Foster a positive work environment
- Handle cash transactions and inventory
- Inform and engage customers
- Resolve customer issues

**Requirements**:

- Criminal Record Check
- CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Cash handling and sales skills
- Time management and organization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to educate and train others
- Tech-savvy
- Business or sales education a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the store
- Manage staff
- Assist customers
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Maximize sales and profitability
- Coach team members

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
