Are you a driven business developer with a focus on building positive and strong relationships with customers?

As an **Account Development Manager** you will service, retain customer accounts, and drive new sales, through the distribution of architectural and industrial coatings. The ADM will be responsible for the Dulux Paints business within the Barrie and surrounding areas for customers such as contractors and painters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Service existing customer accounts assigned within the territory.
- Identify and development new business opportunities within your region.
- Develop account planning strategy to cultivate sales of customers with most growth potential
- Use sales tool (ClientLink CRM) to handle accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
- Partner with store managers and other store employees to ensure customers’ needs are met or exceeded
- Facilitate timely and accurate customer quotations to achieve margin targets in alignment with PPG pricing strategies
- Analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans.
- Calculate discounts and profit associated with selling price; to calculate commissions associated with territory performance; to take measurements and calculate surface area associated with making product volume estimates.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of sales experience required.
- Previous coatings experience an asset but not required
- Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience required.
