**National Accounts Manager**

Reporting the Vice President of Sales, the National Account Manager is responsible for identifying and developing programs to infiltrate new business channels. Identify opportunities, implement business plans and programs to expand our business channel development and capitalize on such opportunities. Interact with sales group, marketing and advertising, and product development group.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Restructure and develop current internet business.
- Recruit and negotiate new internet customers and opportunities
- Identify and research alternative channels in Canada, to sell grills and outdoor living product.
- Grow existing business
- Coordinate logistics of all new product launches (hard and soft launches)
- Develop and enforce world-wide internet policies
- Identify new product ideas and requirements for further growth in existing and new channels of sales (eg. features, colours, sizes, shapes, appearances, etc.)
- Assist sales management in the development and implementation of sell through programs for existing and new dealer base
- Assist the product development and engineering group with guidance on new product development ideas
- Participate in policy and procedure management
- Corporate sales events and Trade Show planning
- Contribute to strategic direction of Napoleon's E-Commerce business.
- Negotiate business agreements with existing and new dealers
- On a regular basis, update information on dealer portals and sites to ensure accurate content.
- Monitor order processing, inventory feeds, data updates and management of dealer’s portals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of dealer promotional programs.

**Education and Experience**:

- College Diploma or University Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
- Previous Experience with Dealer Portals/Extranet
- Comfortable with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro); Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
