**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and HR.
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll, prepare and report all government remittances
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee account reconciliation processes to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and maintain accounting software system QuickBooks Online for efficient financial management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to financial reporting.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
