**About Us**
Everything Mobile is a locally owned retail store that sells smartphones, accessories, and services. We offer a range of products from different manufacturers such as protective cases, screen protection, chargers and more. We also offer repair and software services that range from broken screens and battery replacements to data transfers and software updates.

Our Thunder Bay location will offer the following services:

- Sales of Certified Pre-Owned devices.
- Smartphone cases, screen protectors, charging accessories and more.
- Perform general diagnostics on smartphone and tablets in order to facilitate repairs via our Thunder Bay location (repairs are not performed on site in Terrace Bay).

**The Job**
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a sales representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and scheduling repair appointments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers and assisting with inquiries
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Smartphone & tablet technical support and troubleshooting
- Scheduling appointments and repair turnaround times
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate customer records
- Inventory management
- Cash handling and point of sale transactions
- Marketing and promotion of products
- Upselling and cross-selling of accessories
- Keeping the front retail store organized and presentable
- Selling pre-owned devices based on customer needs and budget
- Inventory management; receiving orders, pricing the products and putting them on display.
- Maintain proper security of cash and merchandise
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Education**:
