**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and accessories and making purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new releases within the smartphone industry
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Providing repair quotes and updates
- Scheduling appointments and repair turnaround times
- Selling pre-owned devices based on customer needs and budget
- Upselling and cross-selling of accessories
- Inventory management; receiving orders, pricing the products and putting them on display.
- Maintain proper security of cash and merchandise
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of technology products and sales techniques
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
