Social Media Content Creator

**Overview**

New location Unholy Donuts, 234 Browns Line, Etobicoke

**Duties**
- Develop high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
- Assist in the development of advertising campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and e-commerce developments to inform content creation.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to enhance engagement.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing writing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Strong research skills to produce accurate and compelling content.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience implementing them in written content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in e-commerce or advertising is a plus.
- A degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Assist with premarketing activities and contribute creative ideas to promote our service
- Stay current with social media best practices and platform updates
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions
- Create and schedule engaging video content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok
- Assist with selling donuts and getting to know the community
- Assist with decorating donuts if needed to serve customers
- Days of availability, Tuesday to Sunday, (1-9pm or 2-10pm)Strong skills in photography, videography and video editing Part-time to full-time
- Proven experience as Social content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both photo and video content
