Nusens Niche Contracting Services Inc.
is a multi-trade construction company dedicated to providing skilled services, on-time results and complete client satisfaction to the construction and environmental remediation industries. We are not a sub-contractor and provide all of our own services.

We are searching for a
Content Creator / Graphic Designer
who will represent Nusens' across all social channels and in person as the ambassador of our brand.

This is a full time position, 8AM-5PM.

Nusens is truly a dynamic work place which requires self-motivated people with versatility to also be a team player as you will be interacting with clients and our team members on construction sites as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and edit engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Design professional marketing materials for socials and print using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and leadership to create authentic, story-driven content that highlights our work.
  • Capture real on-site content that showcases projects, people, and company culture.
  • Plan, post, and manage social media content calendars.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to improve future campaigns.
  • Visit job sites to document projects and capture team activity.
  • Assist with email campaigns, website updates, and event or trade show materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Ability to create engaging, professional, and creative content with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in both office and on-site construction settings.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in construction, trades, or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with analytics, SEO, or paid social media campaigns.
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
