**Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit individual who has administration experience? Do you want to work with a dedicated and diverse team of individuals?**
We're looking for you to join our team as an **Administration Assistant - Advisory** in **Montreal, QC.**
As the Assistant, you'll independently manage partners' calendars and contact databases, optimizing their time and enhancing efficiency. You'll be coordinating and producing various documents, such as correspondence, presentations, and reports, utilizing diverse software tools. Additionally, you'll be taking charge of travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and the organization of materials for meetings, conference calls, video conferences, and live sessions.
- At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this._

- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Administration or a related field
- Strong ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe products
- Eager to learn new software
- Strong project management skills
