- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a similar position
- Strong ability to use social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube in a professional context
- Able to create content and utilize social media, photos, video, stories, and long/short text
- Able to define strategies that support business objectives
- Bilingual in both French and English
