Join Our Events Team as a Sales & Event Coordinator
Are you a detail-loving admin with a talent for sales and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for someone just like you to help us bring weddings, meetings, and special events to life across our hotels and restaurants in Banff.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Respond to inquiries from guests planning events, and help them book the right rooms, spaces, and services.
- Create and send proposals, draft contracts, and manage event details from start to finish.
- Organize all the paperwork—room blocks, charge instructions, invoices, and event orders—so our hotels and restaurants are ready to deliver flawless events.
- Help convert leads into bookings by upselling rooms, venues, and food & beverage packages.
- Keep all departments in the loop with accurate and timely event info.
- Join client site tours and be their go-to contact throughout the planning process.
- Support our Senior Sales team and Managers with special projects and day-to-day tasks.
- Follow our safety standards and speak up when something’s not right.
- Pitch in with other duties as needed—no two days are the same.

**Who You Are**:

- A natural organizer who loves checklists and can keep all the details straight.
- Comfortable in a sales-driven role and excited about hitting targets.
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
- Tech-savvy—you're confident using Microsoft Office and hotel systems (like Maestro or similar).
- A clear communicator who can juggle a fast-paced workload without losing your cool.
- Great at working on your own or jumping in with the team.
