**About the position**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Format, Edit, proofread and electronically distribute research publications
- Work closely with Analysts, Associates, and Supervisory Analyst/Head of Research to ensure highest quality of publications
- Maintain database of all publications for the Research Department
- Maintain and update company website daily with publications
- Publish Research reports to electronic services (Blue Matrix, Bloomberg, etc.)
- Ensure all compliance standards are met and disclosures and disclaimers are included in all publications

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC skills, namely in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Commitment to timelines and attention to detail is crucial
- Strong time management skills and working in time-sensitive environment for multiple analysts
- Self-starter able to work independently as well as in team settings
- Undergraduate degree
- Basic understanding of financial markets
