**Job Overview**:As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include creating compelling content for our social media platforms, conducting photoshoots, and filming for upcoming listings. You will also be responsible for developing creative content around the office to showcase our team's culture and day-to-day activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase lead generation and conversions.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging social media content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist in creating marketing collateral using Adobe Suite and Canva for print, digital, and social media use.
- Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties, community events, and team activities.
- Maintain and update website content with current listings, blog posts, and events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing aligns with real estate objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics of digital campaigns and suggest areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, particularly in real estate.
- Operate a drone (if licensed) to capture aerial footage for marketing videos.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and social media content creation.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) and Canva.
- Knowledge of photography and videography, with experience in editing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car (required).
- Drone license or experience operating drones (preferred).
