**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus and special offerings that enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock.
- Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and proper equipment usage.
- Assist in maintaining a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration among kitchen staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create diverse dishes.
- Experience in team management and training within a kitchen setting.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.83 per hour
