Arbutus RV is Vancouver Island’s premier one-stop-shop for everything RV. Meeting the needs of RVers since 1988, Arbutus is Vancouver Island’s largest sales, parts and service team at 7 locations throughout the island.

**Who are you?**

You are a skilled Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I). We want you on our team if you are a self-motivated professional with superior customer service skills You are a self-starter with a strong desire to learn. In addition, we seek a person with strong business acumen, sales aptitude, and an independent nature.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery
- Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR
- Assists sales desk in structuring deal
- Consistently adheres to all F&I office process and flow of contracts
- Tracks and monitors F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrations
- Participates weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues
- Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 3+ years relevant experience in a commission, sales and/or finance environment
- Previous automotive Finance Manager experience required
- Dynamic self starter, detail focused, extremely well organized with excellent time management skills
- A strong desire and ability to out perform goals and objectives
- Personable, courteous and outgoing nature & strong work ethic
- Exceptional customer service and satisfaction characteristics
- Strong financial skills
- Solid command of the English language and strong communication skills
- Good computer and typing skills
- Broad understanding of automotive, RV, and finance terminology
- Retail Sales and Management experience is an asset.
- Excellent understanding of sales, finance, and management.

**Health & Safety Considerations**
- Strict adherence to all health & safety policies is necessary
- Ability to lift parts and accessories up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to work in a shared office space
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Able to work comfortably with computer equipment, including monitor, keyboard and mouse
- Bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching
- Ability to deal with customers, vendors, management, and co-workers using calm, effective and courteous communication

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
