**About the position**:
Currently, Houle is searching for an experienced** EV **Charging** **Project Manager/Estimator** to join our Lower Mainland Services group, based in Burnaby.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the EV Charging Project Manager/Estimator performs a wide range of duties from estimating EV jobs and repairs to managing project flow : scheduling, invoice closeout and customer satisfaction follow up.

**EV Charging Project Manager/ Estimator Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Work with clients to identify the specific EV and charging options to meet their needs
- Look for business opportunities and ways to grow the EV space at Houle
- Become the EV Subject Matter Expert for teams in house at Houle
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers, consultants, general contractors and end users
- Manage and review service contracts for onerous clauses and conditions
- Manage project from start to completion, this includes pre-planning, purchasing, schedules and labour
- Estimate project costs, changes, and submit tenders
- Manage project financials, including billing
- Work with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service teams to meet project requirements

**Experience and Skills**:

- Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate
- 2-3 years' experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating, with experience in the EV space
- Demonstrated product & technical knowledge related to EV charging hardware, infrastructure, and energy management
- Valid FSR
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability effectively interact with the public and various team members
- Good computer skills including proficiency in MS Office. Experience in Bluebeam, Accubid, and Procore an asset
