Estimating Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the estimating process for construction projects
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that estimates are complete and accurate
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
- Prepare and present estimates to clients and negotiate contracts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
