Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor with at least **5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ** to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues or conflicts
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project budgeting, including cost estimation and tracking expenses
- Provide guidance and support to subcontractors, ensuring their work meets project requirements
- Oversee the hiring and training of construction workers as needed

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
