**Construction Site Supervisor**

RBKS Construction Ltd. is seeking a full time Construction Site Supervisor for both Commercial and Residential projects. Responsibilities include general labour & carpentry, site maintenance, communicating with sub-trades, reviewing project requirements, meeting on site to verify scope of work, and other related duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Carry out General Labour/Carpentry tasks as required
- Keep sites free of garbage and other debris
- Carry out ongoing safety protocols (PPE Compliance, signage.)
- Support Subtrades - assisting with general/specific tasks to maintain project schedule
- Install and adjust perimeter fencing for protection of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, workers onsite, and general public
- Report project progress to Project Manager
- Ensure sites are secured at end of day
- Coordinate subtrades and site facilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Construction certificate or diploma an asset
- Minimum 2 years of related construction experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be comfortable with various forms of verbal and electronic communication
- Must be comfortable reading plans
- Must have a valid drivers’ license and be able to submit a clean driver’s abstract
- Must have reliable transportation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Construction: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (required)
