**Outdoor Services Assistant Manager for Window Cleaning and Property Maintenance Company Job description**

Job includes:
Window Cleaning

Property Maintenance

Blind Installation

Eaves Trough Cleaning

Power washing and Soft washing

Christmas and Event Lighting Installation

**Job duties include but are not limited to**:

- Using water-fed poles and handheld squeegees to clean windows
- Transporting all equipment and supplies to job sites
- Removing dirt and grime from windows and glass with appropriate tools
- Ensuring that all equipment is maintained and kept in good working order.
- Appropriately inspecting work and cleaning up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind.
- Check the equipment to make sure you have an adequate water supply and that it is working properly
- Store all equipment back in appropriate locations
- Operate a high-pressure washing system to clean various surfaces, such as buildings, decks, and driveways
- Performing quote for clients, entering new clients into our software program
- Updating job notes
- Dealing with customer issues as they arise
- Training and overseeing staff
- Being available to help employees throughout the day as issues arise
- Ordering supplies and equipment, tracking inventory

**General**
- Valid Criminal Record Check
- You should be knowledgeable of health and safety regulations.
- Comfortable working from heights and in all weather conditions. Working from Heights and Elevated Platform training is a benefit
- Valid driver's license and willing to drive to various work locations throughout the day
- Previous experience an asset
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must
- Able to stand extended periods, lift at least 35 pounds, physically fit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-44 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
