ShoeMGK Canada is looking for an ambitious **Retail Manager** to oversee operations at **both our Southgate Centre and West Edmonton Mall** locations.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and manage operations at both Southgate and West Edmonton Mall locations
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing sales associates
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets through live demos
- Ensure exceptional customer service and store performance
- Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and daily reporting
- Support scheduling, payroll tracking, and store performance KPIs
- Step in on the floor when needed to lead by example through demo sales

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced in retail or sales management (2+ years preferred)
- Passionate about sneakers, streetwear, or shoe care
- Outgoing, confident, and skilled at coaching others
- Highly organized with strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to work flexible hours and travel between store locations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
