As our Retail Store Manager/Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our mission to educate customers about the benefits of tobacco harm reduction. With your proven track record in sales and customer service, you will guide and inspire our sales advisors to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets. Your in-depth knowledge of vaping technology and accessories will be instrumental in helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

But it doesn't stop there As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive and productive work environment, mentor and develop sales advisors, and actively participate in team projects, assignments, and events. You will play an integral role in maintaining our store's clean and organized environment and upholding our company's vision and core values.

What we're looking for:

- A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership, supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven record in providing outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of vaping technology, electronic cigarettes, and related accessories.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Impeccable manners, grooming, and interactive people skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the capacity to work well with others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
