**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Supervise and train retail staff to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control and merchandising.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain the cash register, ensuring compliance with cash handling policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing and inventory levels to optimize store profitability.
- Prepare administrative reports related to sales, payroll, and budgeting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong skills in budgeting, administrative tasks, and payroll management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately manage financial transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the retail context.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 44 per week
