**Représentant(e) - Ventes internes**
En tant que Représentant(e) des ventes internes, vous interagirez avec des clients existants afin d’augmenter les ventes des produits et/ou services de l’entreprise. Vous serez chargé(e) d’obtenir, de créer et de promouvoir des commandes, tout en assurant la satisfaction du client et en ajoutant de la valeur à son expérience d’achat. Vous vous concentrerez sur des techniques de vente proactives afin de développer les affaires ou d’élargir le portefeuille de comptes existants. Vous collaborerez avec l’équipe de vente externe pour garantir l’atteinte des objectifs.
**Responsabilités**:
- Augmenter les commandes en suggérant des articles connexes, en expliquant leurs caractéristiques, et en consultant l’historique d’achats du client.
- Prendre en charge, qualifier et développer les opportunités transmises par le marketing, les ventes externes et les comptes nationaux.
- Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration continue des processus.
- Préparer, générer et assurer le suivi de devis oraux ou écrits pour sécuriser des commandes ou comprendre les raisons d’une perte de commande.
- Examiner les rapports de commandes clients en cours et prendre des mesures concernant les éléments en suspens, y compris ceux susceptibles de ne pas respecter les délais de livraison promis.
- Gérer le rapport des retards de livraison du système de distribution, les rapports de relance client associés, les notifications et la communication client.
- Signaler les tendances du secteur, les prix pratiqués par la concurrence et les retours clients à la direction.
**Qualifications**:
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis ; diplôme universitaire de niveau licence (Bac +3) préféré
- Connaissances et expérience dans la vente et l’administration des ventes requises ; en voie d’acquisition de compétences de niveau supérieur, mais déjà pleinement compétent(e) et productif(ve) (2 à 4 ans d’expérience)
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et capacité à effectuer des tâches informatiques de base
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Travail en équipe
- Communication claire, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Sens du détail
- Capacité à prospecter et à promouvoir des concepts auprès de comptes existants et potentiellement nouveaux
- Prise d’initiative et résolution de problèmes variés, généralement non complexes
- Capacité à identifier et définir des problèmes et solutions possibles de manière autonome ; choisir parmi des solutions existantes
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec une supervision généraleCapacité à voyager de 0 % à 25 %
As a Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers, to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will focus on proactive selling techniques to add business or expand current book of accounts. You will collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.
**Responsibilities**:
- Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer’s buying history.
- Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
- Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes.
- Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
- Reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer’s promised delivery date.
- Maintains distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification.
- Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors’ degree preferred
- Requires knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however fully competent and productive professional contributor (2-4 years)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Working in team environment
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts
- Take action and solve a range of problems that may be difficult but are not typically complex
- Identify and define problems and possible solutions independently; chooses among existing solutions
- Ability to work independently with general supervision
- Ability to travel 0% - 25%
Compensation Details $26,73 - $33,41 Per hour
