Are you an experienced automotive professional seeking an opportunity to represent one of the world’s most iconic luxury performance brands? Porsche Centre Vancouver, a proud member of the Dilawri Group of Companies, is seeking to hire a seasoned Service Advisor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury automotive environment. **About the Role**
As a Porsche Service Advisor, you will serve as the key liaison between our valued customers and our skilled technician team. You will exemplify professionalism, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized service experience to every Porsche client
- Conduct thorough walkarounds, perform vehicle inspections, and accurately document repair orders
- Review Porsche maintenance schedules, service history, and recommend necessary repairs
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely completion and quality assurance
- Explain repairs, associated costs, and review loaner vehicle policies and warranty coverage

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience with a European luxury brand
- Proven record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Strong automotive knowledge with an understanding of high-performance vehicles
- Experience with manufacturer service software (Porsche or CDK experience an asset)
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Passion for the Porsche brand and a drive to exceed expectations
