**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer requests promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions to meet their needs.
- Perform data entry tasks in logistics software to update customer accounts, service schedules, and order details.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Make pro active calls to customers when required
- Process service changes, including scheduling pickups, deliveries, and service modifications, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and billing departments, to coordinate customer service activities and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests in the customer database system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Adhere to company guidelines, quality standards, and compliance regulations to uphold the highest level of customer service excellence.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field, preferably in the waste management industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.
