**Sparkle Ottawa Cleaning Inc**.is seeking a customer representative to join our team.

As a customer service representative you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their cleaning needs and providing efficient service.

**Job at a Glance**
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, timely and professional manner
- Coordinate cleaning services based on customer preferences and availability of the cleaning personnel
- Identify and address customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Collaborate with our cleaning personnel to address resolve any issues that may arise
- Book and manage appointments and create an efficient schedule
- Provide general customer relations and communications

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Bilingual ( French or English)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build sustainable customer relationships
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to details
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and products is an asset
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- A high school diploma and / a bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing would be an asset
