- This role is being covered under our Approved Canada summer Jobs- Be aged between 15 and 30 years old on the start date of the job;
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN); and
- Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a person who has been granted refugee status in Canada.

**What you'll do**
- Support IT implementation of new systems.
- Assist with the cleanup of Microsoft 365.
- Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Working alongside the IT Manager to evaluate and reduce overall costs and redundancies. They should have a highly collaborative mindset, fostered by integrity, focus, and incredible work ethic.
- Experience
- Experience with system integration. Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Database management, SGL or similar
- Strong experience in IT service delivery / project / management / integration or consulting services
- Strong ability to conduct analysis and develop recommendations to effectively respond to challenges
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, and solutions-focused mindset.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with transformation from on-premises technology to cloud-first environment
- Experience with ERP technology platforms
- Experience with leading CRM Platforms
- Exposure to leading Digital Experience Platforms
